Purpose Conference 2023
The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney invites high schoolers and young adults to the inaugural archdiocesan youth conference – Purpose Conference.
Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP welcomes the initiative and encourages participation, stating, “The intention of this conference is to offer young people an encounter with Jesus Christ. To engage in an inspiring experience of the Catholic faith, helping them to discover their purpose as children of God and leading them towards intentional discipleship.”
Family Event with Jason Evert
Jason’s Evert’s presentation of ‘Purified’ and ‘Gender & Theology of the Body’ brings parents and teens (13years+) together to discover God’s plan for love and opens an opportunity to continue the discussion about this important topic at home with resources that work. Jason mixes humour with down-to-earth practicality, making the difficult conversations about love much easier, and ends with adoration, praise and worship, and an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, transforming the day into a mini retreat for the whole family.

An evening with Christopher West – Male and Female He Created Them
Following Dr Christopher West’s Made for More presentation earlier this year, he comes back to Sydney to dive deeper with families to rediscover authentic masculinity and femininity. This not to be missed one night presentation will provide a hopeful and redemptive understanding of the original and glorious meaning of our creation as male and female.
